There are different types of Tiger Fish which are all actually (arguably) the same species but just with different colour patterns. Siamese Tiger Fish are hard to find for sale in Malaysia and are much sought after by hobbyists. In fact the wild Siamese Tiger Fish are a protected species in Thailand which is why they are hard to get. All of the Tiger fish we sell - of any type - are captive bred in Malaysian or Indonesian fish farms so our fish are not coming from the wild. Don't buy wild Tiger fish! It's illegal and you will be helping to wipe out these beautiful creatures from the wild.

The colour patterns of this fish are what hobbyists call Indonesian IT Tiger Fish like ST or Siamese Tiger and they are different to Indonesian Tiger, Cambodian Tiger and Norther Thai Tiger fish. These are original Tiger fish for sale!

The fish are approx 3 to 4 inches in size so they are well grown on and established feeders.
